Job Overview
We are seeking Machine Operators for our liquid pouch production area in Mason, OH to join a high‑energy, fast‑paced team that manufactures nearly 190 million lbs. of sauces annually. The position will primarily operate filling equipment and handle packaging tasks as a second‑shift (3 pm–11 pm) hourly manufacturing role.
Responsibilities & Duties- Operate filling equipment and make minor machine adjustments.
- Wrap finished products in corrugated boxes and partitions.
- Seal, label, and place finished cases on pallets.
- Monitor merchandise weight and packaging accuracy.
- Follow scrap procedures and maintain accurate machine counts.
- Respond to visual board information and clean equipment during changeovers.
- Assist with machine start‑ups and keep work area clean.
- Label cases and apply stickers as requested.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to lift and carry 25–50 lb regularly.
- Strong attention to detail and adherence to quality standards.
- Outstanding attendance record.
- Positive, team‑focused attitude.
- Prior manufacturing experience preferred; GMP or regulated industry experience a plus.
- Ability to stay cool under pressure and balance changing priorities.
- Willingness to work all shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Monday–Friday, 3 pm–11 pm (second shift). Variable shift assignments may occur based on production needs. Overtime is possible and will be scheduled either 4 hours before or after the regular shift.
Benefits & Compensation Overview- Starting pay $23.80 per hour.
