Location: Mason, OH
Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday | 6:30 AM - 2:55 PM

We know we can count on you to achieve high-quality standards and maintain production goals every shift.
Requirements- Prior manufacturing or industrial experience required
- Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs. throughout the shift
- Steel-toe shoes required
- Ability to safely operate hand and power tools
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality - Ability to follow work instructions and safety procedures
- Dependable with a strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Read and follow factory work orders and production instructions
- Perform glazing procedures for custom doors according to specifications
- Safely operate hand and power tools to complete production tasks
- Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met
- Work with team members to achieve daily production goals
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Follow all company safety policies and wear required PPE
- Perform additional production duties as assigned
