Job Title: Skilled Machine Operator – Rectangle Cup

The Kraft Heinz Company is seeking Skilled Machine Operators for its rectangle cup production area in Mason, OH. The role requires performing general production duties in a food manufacturing environment while adhering to strict quality and safety standards.

• Operate filling equipment and make minor machine adjustments.
• Package finished product, including making corrugated boxes and partitions.
• Seal cases with a tape gun or tape machine and label finished cases with proper identification.
• Place finished cases on pallets using predetermined case placements.
• Monitor merchandise cases to ensure proper weight and accurate packaging components.
• Monitor machine scrap and follow scrap procedures.
• Ensure accurate hourly machine counts for visual board updates.
• Clean and rinse equipment during changeovers, keeping work area and station clean at all times.
• Operate packaging machines in compliance with procedures and complete machine set‑ups, product hook‑ups, changeovers, washouts and roll changes.
• Make necessary machine adjustments as outlined in the operation guide for each packaging machine.
• Accurately complete all paperwork, including production work orders, downtime sheets, weight checks, etc.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience in a manufacturing environment preferred; experience in a GMP/regulated industry is a plus.
• Ability to lift and carry 25–50 lbs. on a regular basis.
• Available to work all shifts, including second, third, weekends and holidays.
• Outstanding attendance record.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to call out defects and adhere to quality standards.
• Maintain safety focus and a history of practicing safe work habits.
• Positive, team‑focused attitude.

• Starting pay $20+/hour.

3rd shift (10:30pm to 6:30am). Overtime possible ahead or behind the regular shift. Plant & community environment described below.

The facility is a non‑union plant located in Mason, Ohio. It produces portion‑sized liquid pouch condiment “sauces, jellies, and syrups” and rectangle cup condensates. The city of Mason offers nearby amenities including the Lindner Family Tennis Center.
