Our client, an industry leader in manufacturing, is seeking an Automated Welding Machine Technician to join their team. As an Automated Welding Machine Technician, you will be part of the manufacturing support team, ensuring the quality and efficiency of automated welding processes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location:

Mason, OH

Pay Rate: $28.00 per hour

Shift: 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

• Operate and monitor automated welding machines and robotic welding systems
• Load and unload materials, components, and assemblies into welding equipment
• Set up machine parameters according to production specifications and work instructions
• Perform routine inspections to ensure weld quality and equipment performance
• Identify and troubleshoot machine malfunctions, welding defects, and production issues

• High school diploma or GED required
• Previous experience operating automated welding equipment, CNC machinery, or manufacturing equipment preferred
• Understanding of welding processes, including MIG, TIG, or resistance welding
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, work instructions, and technical drawings
• Basic mechanical troubleshooting skills
