Tool ​/ Fixture Maker

Hi-Tek Manufacturing Inc in Southington, CT is hiring a 1st Shift Tool / Fixture Maker to support precision CNC production for aerospace, medical, defense, and high-tech customers. In this role, you will design, build, and repair precision tools, jigs, and fixtures, working from complex blueprints and GD&T to maintain tight tolerances. You'll operate manual and CNC equipment, perform precise inspection, and collaborate with engineers and machinists to improve manufacturability and throughput.
