Battery Assembly Technician
Our client, a leading organization in the energy sector, is seeking a Battery Assembly Technician to join their team. As a Battery Assembly Technician, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting production operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate meticulous attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Shift: 7:00 am to 3:30 pm
What's the Job?
- Load lithium-ion battery cells into modules, ensuring proper handling and safety procedures
- Assemble battery modules according to engineering specifications and work instructions
- Perform wiring, connections, and component installation during assembly
- Conduct testing such as voltage checks, continuity tests, and system verification
- Inspect components and completed assemblies for quality, accuracy, and safety compliance
What's Needed?
- High school diploma or GED (technical certification preferred)
- 1–3 years of experience in manufacturing, assembly, or production (battery or electrical assembly preferred)
- Basic understanding of electrical systems, wiring, and schematics
- Ability to use hand tools and diagnostic equipment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
