Manufacturing Supervisor

At HiTek Manufacturing, Inc., we are seeking a dedicated and experienced Manufacturing Supervisor to oversee our production processes in the aerospace and turbine engine sectors. As a key part of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the delivery of precision components that meet both the exacting standards of our industry and the specific requirements of our elite clientele.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations within the manufacturing facility to ensure efficient production and adherence to safety regulations.
• Supervise a team of skilled workers, providing training and guidance as needed to ensure high-quality workmanship.
• Monitor production schedules and workflows, making adjustments as necessary to improve efficiency and meet production targets.
• Maintain strict quality control measures to ensure that all products meet or exceed client specifications and industry standards.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as logistics, supply chain, and quality assurance, to optimize production processes.
• Prepare and present reports on production progress and challenges to senior management.
