Press Digital Finisher

MCC seeks a Press Digital Finisher to prepare, operate, and maintain digital finishing equipment for print and communications materials that support global relief and peace building. Responsibilities include trimming, folding, binding, laminating, and packaging printed pieces, ensuring color and print quality, and following production schedules and safety standards. This role collaborates with designers and communications staff to meet specifications, manage inventory of paper and supplies, and troubleshoot equipment issues while stewarding resources in alignment with MCC's faith-driven mission and values.

Responsibilities

• Operate digital finishing equipment including cutters, folders, binders, and laminators
• Review job tickets and samples to ensure accurate specifications and quality
• Trim, fold, bind, laminate, and package printed materials for distribution
• Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting on finishing equipment
• Monitor print quality, color consistency, and finishing accuracy
• Manage inventory of paper, coatings, and finishing supplies
• Follow production schedules and prioritize jobs to meet deadlines
• Apply safety procedures and maintain an organized, clean production area
• Collaborate with designers and communications staff to ensure production feasibility
• Support MCC's faith-driven mission through careful stewardship of materials and resources
