Position Summary

The Product Marketing Manager – Cardiac Surgery is responsible for marketing and lifecycle management of Concomitant Surgical Ablation products. The role leads cross‑functional collaboration to develop and execute data‑driven marketing strategies, support new product and clinical program expansion, and optimize full product lifecycle performance. The Product Marketing Manager partners closely with Sales, R&D, Clinical Affairs, Regulatory, Quality, Operations, and Finance to ensure effective commercialization, compliance, and sustained growth.

This individual serves as a key voice of the customer and business leader, influencing strategy, representing Product Marketing on cross‑functional teams, and driving innovative solutions to complex challenges across the franchise. This role requires mastery‑level market and clinical knowledge, including active engagement in surgical cases with sales partners to deeply understand therapy adoption, clinical workflows, and customer needs.

Responsibilities
  • Develop deep expertise in target markets, clinical applications, and therapy adoption; attend surgical cases to gather insights and strengthen clinical credibility.
  • Build and manage relationships with physicians, clinicians, hospitals, and KOLs; lead voice‑of‑customer efforts and integrate insights into strategies.
  • Contribute to franchise strategy and execute product roadmap initiatives, including go‑to‑market plans, segmentation, positioning, and patient‑focused messaging.
  • Lead execution of marketing programs across channels (education, trade shows, digital, social) and align closely with field sales to drive adoption.
  • Own lifecycle management of assigned products, coordinating cross‑functional efforts across R&D, Clinical, Regulatory, Quality, and Operations.
  • Support successful product and data launches, ongoing commercialization, and pipeline development.
  • Leverage data and analytics to guide strategy, measure performance, inform decisions, and influence stakeholders.
  • Monitor competitive landscape and translate insights into actionable business strategies.
  • Ensure all marketing activities comply with regulatory and quality standards; support review and approval processes.
  • Solve complex business challenges, drive innovation, and implement process improvements across functions.
  • Contribute to long‑term portfolio and strategic planning efforts.
  • Lead and influence cross‑functional teams; represent Product Marketing to drive alignment and results.
  • Execute core marketing operations, including content updates, internal communications, and digital assets.
  • Support sales training, onboarding, and product launch readiness.
  • Maintain regular and predictable work performance; work under fast‑paced conditions; make decisions and use good judgement; prioritize duties and multitask as required; work successfully with others.
