Low T Center, leading providers of hormone replacement and targeted wellness services, is seeking fitness‑conscious, wellness‑oriented medical professionals (PA, APN, APRN, FNP) to join an expanding clinical team. The role is ideal for those who thrive in a fast‑paced, customer‑service focused environment and want to employ proprietary treatment protocols to improve patients’ lives.
Mid-level providers work in conjunction with a physician medical director and the Center Director to coordinate care for patients receiving hormone replacement, sleep apnea management, weight control, hypertension, low libido, and more.
Qualifications- Active Ohio NP or PA license in good standing (undisciplined and unencumbered)
- Current DEA license
- Current Control Substance license
- Ability to train Monday‑Friday for 10 consecutive days (2 weeks) following clinical hours
- Excellent medical decision‑making skills
- Team player who puts patients first
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to establish rapport with patients
- Patient and respectful
- Ability to explain technical health issues and treatment plans in layman’s terms
$65 per hour for training and weekday shifts; $400 for a 4‑hour Saturday shift.
Clinic Hours- Monday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Tuesday: 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM
- Thursday: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Saturday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
- Sunday:
Closed
Closed from 1:00 PM – 2:00 PM for lunch.
