Registered Nurse; RN - PM

Overview

Community First Solutions is looking for RNs and LPNs to join our health services team at our Westover, Berkeley Square, or Jamestowne campuses for AM shift. Nurses and nurse managers will be committed to promoting residents' well-being by fostering a collaborative and compassionate approach to care with a focus on best practices and quality outcomes.

• Work only ONE out of every THIRD weekend, instead of every other weekend
• Higher wage scale
  • LPNs may earn up to $29.50/hour (based on experience)
  • RNs may earn up to $35/hour (based on experience)
  • Weekend Warriors now earn an additional $5/hour

• Collaborate with physicians and other interdisciplinary team members to develop, implement and manage resident-driven care plans
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered by Medical Director or Resident physician
• Provide direct leadership, supervision, and support to RA’s and STNA’s
• Document pertinent information following established clinical policies and procedures
• Effectively communicate with residents, family members, and co-workers
• Protect the health and safety of residents

• Must have an active license in the state of Ohio with authorization to pass medications
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts
• Current Instructor-Led CPR Certification (or willing to obtain upon hire)
• Previous experience in long-term care/geriatrics preferred.
• Must be knowledgeable of nursing and medical practices and procedures, as well as laws, regulations, and guidelines that pertain to long-term care
• A positive attitude and passion for working with the elderly
• Flexible schedule with the ability to work every 3rd weekend and holidays.
