Community First Solutions is seeking a Staff Nurse LPN/RN to provide direct bedside care, administer medications, and collaborate with physicians and an interdisciplinary team to support residents’ health and well-being. You will mentor caregivers and promote a safe, person-centered environment at Montage Mason.
Shifts include Day 7:00 AM–7:00 PM and Night 7:00 PM–7:00 AM, with PRN opportunities requiring a minimum of three 12-hour shifts per month (including weekends).
