Product Researcher Assistant

On Line Design, Inc. is looking for a Product Researcher to support client projects within the consumer goods sector in Mason, OH. In this role, you will coordinate product studies, prepare and distribute products for testing, and facilitate consumer research activities including focus groups and product evaluations. The ideal candidate has at least 7 years of experience in product or market research.

• Conduct qualitative and quantitative product research studies to evaluate consumer preferences, product performance and stability, and device packaging
• Prepare, organize, label, and pack test samples for shipment or in-person evaluations
• Assist in planning and executing focus groups, interviews, surveys, and consumer testing sessions
• Collect, organize, and summarize research findings and participant feedback
• Maintain records of study protocols, inventories, and research results

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Consumer Science, Business, or a related field preferred
• 7+ years of experience in product research, market research, consumer insights, or a related role
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable interacting with consumers and facilitating group discussions
• Strong attention to detail and problem solving abilities
• Ability to lift and move product samples and shipping materials up to 30 lbs
