About the RoleMake a meaningful impact every day by preparing high‑quality meals that nourish, comfort, and bring joy—supporting the well‑being of the residents who call our community home. Montage Mason is a luxury Memory Care and Assisted Living community located in Dayton, Ohio. As a Dining Room Supervisor, you’ll play an essential role in creating a restaurant‑style dining experience. You’ll be responsible for the organized, consistent, and timely execution of meals across multiple stations while maintaining the highest standards of quality, presentation, and food safety.
This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in their culinary skills, thrives in a fast‑paced kitchen environment, and brings a hospitality‑driven, resident‑first mindset to their work. You’ll work closely with the Director of Culinary and Sous Chef to execute ticketed orders, keep your station clean and well stocked, and contribute to a positive dining experience that enhances daily life for residents.
PayPay: $18.00 – $22.00 per hour
ScheduleSchedule: Full Time – Need to have both AM and PM along with Weekend availability
Requirements- Able to pass a background check, drug screen and physical
- Competent cooking skills and ability to follow recipe
- An interest in learning and the ability to quickly grasp new knowledge
- The ability to use ingredients in the right proportion and be aware of the exact procedure of food preparation
- Knowledge of food safety, safe food processing and preserving raw food
- Patience and a love for cooking
Licenses or other required certifications: Food Handlers card or Serv Safe certification
Experience: At least two years of hospitality experience – restaurant experience preferred
