When customers visit the DLM Coffee Bar, it's a bright spot in their day. For some, it's even a splurge. And that experience starts with their barista. We are seeking an enthusiastic and friendly individual who has a contagious passion for great food and coffee to join our DLM Coffee Bar team.
In our dynamic Coffee Bars, you’ll have the opportunity to complete barista-level trainings, learn about the history and origin of great coffee, and best of all – meet great people!
Qualifications:
- A desire to make folks happy by providing Honestly Better® Food and Service.
- A willingness to learn about and taste great food.
- A willingness to practice the
DLM Team Values:Be Honest, Safe, Helpful, and Hard-Working - Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Prior coffee knowledge is a plus.
- 18 years or older is preferred.
- Standing for long periods of time.
- Lifting up to 30lbs.
- Must have holiday and weekend availability.
