2026 Spring season runs from March 25 - June 21. Outlet operational hours are 10 am to 5 pm Wednesday - Sunday during the Spring season.

Natorp's is seeking Annual Stockers to join our team for the Spring 2026 Season. Annual stockers will have a passion for a job well-done, maintain a good attitude, and possess the ability to handle the physical demands of working in a greenhouse!

• Stockers will assist with the stocking of outlet ready annual plants, be responsible for maintaining proper watering of annual plants daily, restocking when necessary, maintaining clean, properly labeled retail stock by deadheading, and pruning when necessary and/or directed to do so.
• To provide service that is unexpected, intuitive, and personalized so that every visitor feels special.
• To make every visitor passionate about Natorp’s by going one step further in offering an exceptional and memorable experience that is without equal in the gardening industry.
• Refer customer concerns or complaints according to established procedures.

• The ability to work in a greenhouse, which may get very hot in both the Spring and Fall seasons.
• This position is physical in nature.
• A considerable amount of walking, bending, standing, and lifting is typical.
• Ability to lift 25 lbs.+
• Other duties as assigned.
