Test Lead - Retail POS

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Onsite Test Lead with strong expertise in Retail POS systems, including exposure to Eyewear/Optical retail workflows.

• Lead end-to-end testing for POS implementations in retail environments
• Act as SPOC onsite, working closely with client stakeholders
• Coordinate with multiple POS vendors and partner teams
• Drive test planning, execution, defect management, and UAT support
• Collaborate with onsite & offshore teams to ensure quality delivery

• 8+ years in QA with Retail POS testing experience
• Hands‑on experience in Eyewear/Optical POS systems
• Strong vendor coordination and stakeholder management skills
• Experience working onsite with client‑facing responsibilities
• Familiarity with HPQC/JIRA or similar tools

• Pay Range Minimum: $84,000 per year
• Pay Range Maximum: $202,000 per year
• Eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies
