Motor clothes Manager
Powder Keg Harley-Davidson is seeking an experienced and dynamic Motor clothes Manager to lead our apparel and merchandise department.
As the Motor clothes Manager, you'll be the driving force behind the look, feel, and performance of our retail experience. You'll lead a passionate team, oversee merchandising and inventory, and ensure every customer leaves with the gear they need and the experience they expect from the Harley-Davidson brand.
What You'll Do:- Lead and manage the Motor clothes department, including sales associates, visual merchandising, and day-to-day operations
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences, maintaining high service standards in line with the Harley-Davidson brand
- Oversee inventory control, ordering, and stock levels to ensure optimal product availability
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, setting department goals and driving team motivation to exceed targets
- Ensure proper merchandising, presentation, and cleanliness of the sales floor
- Train, coach, and develop the Motor clothes team to build product knowledge, upselling skills, and brand enthusiasm
- Stay current on industry trends, seasonal promotions, and new product releases
- 2+ years of experience in retail management, preferably in apparel, lifestyle brands, or powersports Strong leadership and team development skills
- Exceptional customer service and sales ability
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in retail management systems
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
- Must be able to lift up to 50lbs
- Must be able to safely and efficiently move through the dealership premises—including indoor showrooms, vehicle lots, and service areas—while maintaining awareness of moving vehicles, customer foot traffic, and showroom displays.
- Must be able to frequently bend, kneel, crouch, and reach to perform job duties.
