United Dairy Farmers - 3985 South Mason Montgomery Road - Responsibilities:
Manage other Associates: assign/monitor duties, coach The Hi Five Guest Experience, and train Shift Leaders and Guest Services Associates;
Store Administration: ordering, reviewing weekly delivery reports, product transfers, and paperwork as directed by Store Manager or District Supervisor;
Ensure high-quality guest service and store readiness to serve Guests;
Operate Dip Side Guest Services including shakes/malts, ice cream/yogurt cups and sundaes;
Efficient operation of Point of Sale system and Gas Console including handling transactions and payments
