Do you love great food and great people? If so, you may be the perfect fit for our Produce team. We’re looking for someone who is passionate about learning our most seasonal department. Each of our DLM Produce departments are certified organic, and offer the best quality fruits and vegetables. You’ll have the opportunity to learn the rich stories behind our many local producers and how to create beautiful eye-catching displays, all while working alongside great folks.

We are looking for a self-motivated person to work the second-shift closing position within the Produce department. Being organized and possessing the ability to prioritize tasks is important. Job responsibilities entail filling the sales floor and various tasks of closing the department.

Qualifications:

• A desire to make folks happy by providing Honestly Better® Food and Service.
• A willingness to learn about and taste great food.
• A willingness to practice the DLM Team Values:
  Be Honest, Safe, Helpful, and Hard-Working
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• The ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Physical Requirements:

• Standing for long periods of time.
• Lifting up to 50lbs.
• Must have holiday and weekend availability.
