To support all aspects of the Sales Services department and to influence the department's objectives:
Plan, manage, execute, and expand trade relationships and activities.
Identify and develop new, profit-generating business relationships that help evolve/expand Prasco's products and services in the pharmaceutical industry.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities (Essential Functions):
Duties/Responsibilities1
Provide support for entire Sales Services department including but not limited to: administrative tasks, internal project tracking, industry research, customer messaging, presentation development, and general project coordination.

Manage all Prasco trade events including customer trade shows, meetings, sponsor ships, and industry conferences throughout the year.

Maintain corporate promotional items and apparel inventory.

Provide assistance for department-related meetings and events.

Provide support and service for existing and new trade accounts and customers.

Provide marketing and design support for all department-related projects.

Assist department with internal reports/updates8
Provide operational support for industry-specific initiatives
Work Shift:
This position works days. Onsite in Mason, OH
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to work across multiple departments
Advanced organizational and time management skills
Detail-oriented;
Proactive;
Strong work ethic
Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications or related field
Some experience in a Sales or customer service-related field preferred
Physical Demands and Work Environment:
Required to sit, talk, see and hear. Occasionally required to walk, lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Must use hands and fingers to operate computer.
Must have the ability to adjust focus for unplanned activities and other duties as assigned. Daily contact requires courtesy, discretion, and sound judgment.
The work environment is indoors. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderately quiet.
