Senior Account Executive, Workplace Technologies & Services (WTS)
Canonical USA, a leader in imaging and technology solutions, is seeking a Senior Account Executive to promote our world‑class hardware, software, and services to a dedicated marketplace focused on the future of work. The role is based in Mason, OH, and requires a reasonable commuting distance to the location.
Responsibilities- Master core capabilities of Canon and third‑party technologies and promote benefits to current and prospective customers.
- Identify and develop sales opportunities through direct calls, email campaigns, and social media outreach.
- Conduct in‑person discovery meetings, presentations, and demonstrations, leading strategic conversations with business owners, executives, and stakeholders.
- Develop strategic plans to address short‑term and long‑term customer requirements, generating new revenue streams.
- Leverage a team of technology subject matter experts to support sales wins and achieve customer success.
- Build and nurture high‑level relationships to enhance account penetration and long‑term viability.
- Utilize Salesforce CRM to manage client and prospect accounts.
- Actively use support tools such as Zoom Info, ROI assessment tools, market‑specific pricing, customer‑facing case studies, and the business development team.
- Bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years of business‑to‑business sales or customer‑facing experience.
- Strong passion, aptitude, and interest to learn new technologies and services in a rapidly evolving industry.
- Proven track record of persuading others to pursue innovative ideas.
- Excellent communication skills focused on building solid working relationships.
- Ability to work independently, manage time precisely, and travel occasionally within the local market (valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record).
- Base salary range: $50,000–$63,160 annually.
- Incentive compensation up to $62,869 annually (subject to plan terms).

This full‑time position offers a hybrid work schedule: you will report to the local office as directed by management and be available to customers in person or remotely. Work‑from‑home days are allowed on business days except when otherwise dictated by business needs.
