Hemophilia Account Executive – Paragon Healthcare – Ohio, Indiana, Illinois

Sales Territory:
Ohio, Indiana, Illinois. Ideal candidates reside within one of the stated territories and are comfortable traveling approximately 30%–50% of the time. This field‑based role requires primary operation in the field, traveling to client sites or designated locations, with occasional office attendance for meetings or training.

• Build and maintain relationships with key customers, including physicians, urgent care, infusion clinics, hospitals, skilled nursing centers, and payors.
• Work with leadership to develop territory sales forecasts and goals.
• Qualify opportunities in the territory with private insurance and/or federal or state funded plans, assessing potential revenue.
• Identify and resolve customer service issues and provide necessary information to meet customer needs.
• Network with industry partners.
• Partner with appropriate team members, leadership, and other principals to close deals and negotiate deliverables.
• Assess and report on competitive sales activities.
• Assist in the development and implementation of competitive sales strategies.
• Represent the region appropriately in sales efforts.

A BA/BS degree and a minimum of two (2) years of sales experience; or any combination of education and experience that provides an equivalent background.

Healthcare experience strongly preferred. Hemophilia sales experience strongly preferred.
