Position Title

Pharmacy Account Manager

Columbus, OH. Role requires in‑office presence 1‑2 days per week, with hybrid flexibility per company policy.

• Provide strategic planning and account management for large pharmacy accounts.
• Direct and manage contractual administration and obligations.
• Lead new and renewal implementation processes for accounts.
• Interface with operations to ensure smooth delivery of services.
• Maintain ongoing relationships at multiple levels within customer organizations.
• Recommend improvements to meet customer expectations and increase satisfaction.
• Develop and manage reporting processes for client retention and utilization.
• Provide on‑site and off‑site account management, including plan design interpretation, inquiry resolution, claim, benefit, and enrollment issue handling.
• Present monthly, ad‑hoc, mid‑year, and annual utilization and benefit reports.
• Coordinate open‑enrollment meetings, renewal processes, and training sessions.
• Participate in standardization efforts across accounts and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on product and operational enhancements.
• Offer guidance or expertise to less experienced account service managers.
• Make routine account visits.

• Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) or equivalent combination of education and experience (5+ years managing business operations and/or customer relationships).
• Sales license may be required.

• Travel to client worksite and other locations as necessary.
• Client‑facing experience, preferably in Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM).

Salary range: $86,960 to $130,440 (based on location, experience, and skill level). Additional benefits include comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401(k) contribution.
