Security Officer - Retail Dispatch

Allied Universal - Up to $17.00/hour -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to clients and guests by following site-specific security-related procedures, retail location policies, and/or emergency response activities as needed.;
Operate the dispatch function by monitoring radios, phones, and/or CCTV systems, receiving calls for service, and coordinating responses with on-site personnel and local responders when required.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, gathering key details, documenting actions taken, and escalating concerns per post orders.;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail location, common areas, and perimeter, watching for unusual activity, hazards, and/or policy violations and reporting findings.;
Complete required security-related reports, activity logs, and incident documentation in a timely manner, and communicate updates to client representatives and Allied Universal leadership.
