Provide customer service to clients and visitors by following security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.;
Operate the dispatch function by monitoring radios, phones, and security-related systems, relaying information to on-site personnel, and coordinating responses to routine and critical incidents.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting details and escalating to site leadership and/or emergency services as directed.;
Maintain accurate dispatch logs, incident reports, and shift activity records, including tracking officer status, assignments, and key communications.;
Conduct regular and random patrols around the retail location, common areas, and perimeter as required by post orders and operational needs.
