• Monitor Access Control and CCTV systems.
• Investigate internal and external theft concerns.
• Conduct facility audits for safety and insurance purposes.
• Analyze data from metrics, exterior patrols, and access control.
• Conduct training classes and orientations.
• Prepare detailed case reports and document investigations.
• Interact with law enforcement and testify in court actions.
• Support AP Command Center operations and respond to emergencies.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years of experience in retail Asset Prevention or Loss Prevention.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Good time-management and prioritization skills.
• Proficiency in basic computer tools such as Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Open availability, including nights and weekends.

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to interact with all levels of management and civil authorities.
• Experience with incident documentation and evidence preservation.
