Install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain all restaurant equipment and facilities.;
Ensure timely and accurate completion of preventative maintenance work orders.;
Maintain proper maintenance vehicle inventories and keep work areas clean and organized.;
Execute projects requiring carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and ceramic tile work as directed by Facilities Manager.;
Assist other technicians and utilize warranty tracking to minimize repair costs.
