If you're dependable, well-equipped, and confident handling both service requests and unit turns, this is your opportunity to join a team that values your expertise.
🛠 What You'll Be Doing:
- Completing service requests efficiently and with attention to detail
- Performing apartment turns, ensuring units are move-in ready
- Troubleshooting and repairing maintenance issues (plumbing, electrical, HVAC basics, etc.)
- Maintaining a clean, professional work environment
- Delivering excellent service and communication with residents and team members

What We're Looking For:
- Previous apartment maintenance or relevant industry experience REQUIRED
- Must be dependable, punctual, and take ownership of your work
- Own tools and reliable transportation are a must
- Professional, polished appearance and attitude
- Ability to jump in and work independently while supporting the team
- Competitive pay at $22.00/hour
- Stable Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm schedule (no unpredictable shifts)
