- Evaluate, plan, and perform high‑quality home maintenance and repair projects for clients.
- Lead, coach, and support a team of Tru-Pro® technicians.
- Uphold Tru Blue’s high standard of professionalism, reliability, and customer care.
- Communicate clearly with customers and help manage on‑site expectations.
- Ensure safety, accuracy, and consistency across every project.
- Take opportunities with clients and team members to consistently educate on safety and meeting needs.
- Replacing light fixtures, ceiling fans, and other bathroom and kitchen upgrades.
- Common tasks include drywall repair and patching, flooring installation and repair, general carpentry, and interior and exterior painting, as well as basic plumbing and electrical work within scope.
- Preparing a house for sale, punch‑list work, and installations as new homeowners move in.
- Residential and commercial property maintenance ranging from small to large projects.
- 10+ years of hands‑on home repair or construction experience; you need to know and perform a wide range of tasks.
- Strong mix of carpentry, flooring/tile, maintenance, plumbing, electrical, project planning and execution, and operations – cross‑functional experience is valued.
- Experience managing or mentoring junior technicians and helpers is preferred.
- Strong communication and problem‑solving skills; you must be able to provide clear solutions.
- Committed to doing the job right for both your team and clients.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for effective site access.
- Fluent in English and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
- Consistent work schedule that allows effective workload management.
- Reliable hours and flexible scheduling.
- Company vehicle and Tru Blue equipment (varies by location).
