We are seeking an experienced Senior Java Technical Lead with strong expertise in designing, developing, and leading enterprise-scale applications using Java technologies. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, Microservices, Cloud platforms, and modern software development practices. This role requires strong technical leadership, solution design capabilities, stakeholder management, and hands-on development experience.

10+ years of overall IT experience with significant experience in Java Tech lead role, Enterprise Applications, and Cloud Technologies.

• Experience in Healthcare, PBM, Insurance, or Financial Services domains.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Knowledge of AI-assisted development tools and m odern engineering practices.
• Familiarity with Terraform, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and observability tools.
• Java/Spring certifications are a plus.

Salary Range: $100,000 -$150,000 year
