Salary $55,000.00+ per year (Based on experience)

Work Hours Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

These are the qualifications that matter.

• 2+ years of dispatching experience in freight, expedited, or LTL transportation
• Experience using CXT dispatch software required
• Strong understanding of routing, DOT regulations, and Hours of Service (HOS)
• Excellent problem-solving, multitasking, and communication skills
• Customer-focused mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Professional, team-oriented attitude and flexible availability

• Plan, schedule, and dispatch freight, expedited, and LTL shipments
• Monitor route timing, delivery efficiency, and load progress
• Communicate with drivers to provide updates, support, and direction
• Track loads in real time and resolve delays, breakdowns, or service issues
• Provide customers with accurate shipment updates and delivery status
• Maintain dispatch records and accurate data entry using CXT software
• Monitor DOT/HOS compliance, driver logs, and safety requirements
• Collaborate with operations, warehouse, and customer service teams
• Provide daily reporting, metrics, and operational updates to management
• Participate in after-hours, weekend, or on-call coverage as needed
