We are seeking experienced Regional Dedicated CDL-A Truck Drivers to join our team. This position is located in Marengo, OH, offering strong earning potential, consistent weekly home time, and the stability of working with a major retail client. The role is physically demanding, requiring 100% driver unloading.

• Earning Potential: Average of $2,130 weekly (approximately $110,880/year). Top performers may earn more based on their performance.
• Pay Structure: $215 per day plus $300 for each trailer delivered.
• Additional Pay: Breakdown Pay at $100 per day.

• Home Time: Weekly 34-hour reset at home.
• Work Schedule: 5.5-day work week.

• Dedicated Account: Consistent freight supporting retail stores.
• Running Area: Primarily covering OH, KY, Eastern PA, IN, MI, Western NY, WV, and Detroit.
• Average Miles: Approximately 1,400 miles weekly.
• Freight Handling: 100% driver touch freight; drivers are responsible for unloading retail goods at store locations, likely using rollers and conveyors.
• Equipment: Sleeper cab with 53' dry van trailers.

We are seeking drivers who reside within 120 miles of Marengo, OH, including Toledo, OH;
Pittsburgh, PA;
Cleveland, OH;
Dayton, OH; and Cincinnati, OH.

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL-A).
• A minimum of 12 months of verifiable CDL-A tractor-trailer driving experience within the last 3 years.
• Must be physically capable of unloading freight (100% touch freight).
• Good driving record and work history.
• Must live within the specified hiring area.
