Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Class A CDL Driver role based in Mason, OH. The Class A CDL Driver is responsible for safely operating company trucks to transport healthcare linen and related products between NOVO facilities and customer locations on scheduled routes. Daily tasks include performing pre- and post-trip inspections, ensuring loads are properly secured, and unloading carts or containers at delivery sites in a safe and efficient manner.

The driver will follow all DOT regulations, company safety policies, and infection control procedures while maintaining accurate delivery logs and documentation. This role also involves communicating professionally with dispatch and customer staff, reporting any service issues or vehicle concerns, and supporting a clean and organized truck and loading area.

Qualifications
  • Valid CDL Class A license with a clean driving record and demonstrated Truck Driving experience
  • Knowledge of DOT Regulations and ability to comply with all federal, state, and local transportation laws
  • Ability to safely handle Unloading of carts or containers and maneuver Truck and trailer in tight dock and facility areas
  • Strong commitment to safety, reliability, and on-time performance, preferably with experience in healthcare, route, or regional driving
  • Ability to perform basic vehicle inspections, complete driver logs, and use electronic logging devices as required
  • Good communication and customer service skills when interacting with facility staff and internal teams
  • Ability to lift, push, or pull linen carts and stand, walk, or bend for extended periods as needed
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred; prior experience in a service-oriented, logistics, or delivery environment is a plus
