Warehouse Returns Clerk - Mason

Position Overview

Aero Fulfillment Services has an opening at our Mason warehouse for full-time Returns Clerk. This job is scheduled to begin July 1 st, 2026. This position will be Monday through Friday, first shift, but candidates must also be open to working overtime when needed.

• Ensure customers receive the proper quantities and material when ordered through the fulfillment area
• Unpacks, sorts and inspects returned product in accordance with client business rules
• Handles customer materials with a quality attitude
• Communicates with Client Experience group, especially when receiving damaged material
• Accurately creates an ASN (Advanced Shipping Notification)
• Separate and put away Bulk and Forward Pick material
• Efficiently handles all work
• Notifies supervisor of any slowdown in work
• Trains and assists other employees
• Exhibits same efficiencies and attitudes when temporarily moved to other departments

• Ability to operate a RF Unit
• Ability to accurately count and separate products
• Ability to communicate information in a clear and concise manner
• Computer skills a must
• Experience using Microsoft Outlook
• Basic Excel experience preferred
• Able to work independently and as a team player within a fast-paced environment
• Adheres to loss prevention control and compliance procedures
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned

• Prolonged standing with occasional walking
• Low level positions: squatting, kneeling, crouching
• Use of ladders and step stools
