Accounting Clerk

Now hiring for Accounting Clerk. We currently have an exciting Accounting Clerk opportunity available to support our local, industry leading customer. Our Accounting Clerk will be working a first shift with limited required OT. The Accounting Clerk will support our customers to support accounting operations and reporting. Mon thru Fri. • Limited mandatory OT - Choose additional hours that fit YOUR schedule
• Up to $23 per hour to start - depending on experience
• Promotional and training opportunities

• Generate and issue invoices.
• Address billing inquiries from clients.
• Reconcile customer accounts and resolve billing discrepancies.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address billing issues.
• Post RMA batches and manage billing requirements (frequency, format, rates, tax codes).
• Maintain exemption and resale certificates.
• Process billing for customs and duties.
• Enter credits as required.
• Support accounts payable tasks.
• Perform filing and general administrative duties.

Working hours:

8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
