Creative Financial Staffing is partnered with a residential real estate company to identify an Accounting Assistant to join their team.
About the Company Seeking an Accounting Assistant:
- Founded over 50 years ago and serving 150+ residential communities on the East Coast
- Major focus on customer service, internally from the HR team to employees and externally from the staff to their customers
- This role is an opportunity to move into a great company and be trained; industry and/or accounting experience not required
- Receiving mail for the accounts receivable department
- Checking on missing deposits
- Helping the Accounts Receivable Manager with AR projects
- Customer service functions, including helping tenants with questions
- 1+ year(s) in an accounting role
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity
- $50,000 - 55,000
