Back Staff Accountant Staff Accountant Bolton , Massachusetts Perm 50000 Jul 16, 2026 $ 50000.00 - $65000.00 KBW Financial Staffing & Recruiting has partnered with a growing company in the Littleton, MA area that is seeking a Staff Accountant to join its Finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent Accounting graduate or early-career accounting professional looking to build a strong foundation in accounting while working alongside an experienced CFO, Controller, and Senior Accountant.

The company is experiencing significant growth and offers excellent long-term advancement opportunities. This position will initially focus on accounts payable and accounts receivable while gradually taking on additional accounting responsibilities.

• Process accounts payable invoices and vendor payments
• Support accounts receivable, cash application, and collections activities
• Prepare journal entries and maintain general ledger accounts
• Reconcile bank accounts, fixed assets, prepaid expenses, and other balance sheet accounts
• Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual close activities
• Maintain fixed asset records and depreciation schedules
• Support inventory accounting and reconciliation activities
• Assist with financial reporting, audit preparation, and tax compliance
• Participate in process improvement initiatives and special accounting projects

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting required
• Recent Accounting graduate or 1-3 years of accounting experience
• Internship experience is a plus, but not required
• Strong understanding of debits and credits
• Experience with Quick Books is a plus
• ERP experience is preferred
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills

Compensation is $50,000-$65,000 depending on experience. The client is actively interviewing.
