Senior Cost Accountant

Salary: $90,000-$100,000 + 10% Annual Bonus

We're seeking an Accountant Analyst to join our team in Devens, MA. This role is ideal for an accounting professional with strong cost accounting experience in a manufacturing environment who enjoys partnering with operations to drive business performance.

• Lead cost accounting activities, including standard costing and financial analysis
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and month-end close
• Maintain internal controls and ensure GAAP compliance
• Analyze P&L and balance sheet impacts of operational activities
• Drive process improvements and financial automation (Excel Macros, Power BI)
• Partner cross-functionally with operations to improve profitability

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics
• 2-5 years of general and cost accounting experience
• Manufacturing experience required (Aerospace preferred)
• Strong knowledge of GAAP; CAS/FAR knowledge is a plus
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, internal controls, and financial reporting
• Advanced Excel skills;
  Power BI and automation experience preferred.
