Accountant Analyst/ Cost Accountant Job Type: Full-Time | Direct Hire Salary: $90K–$100K + 10% Bonus Position Summary

Seeking an Accountant Analyst with strong cost accounting experience in a manufacturing environment. This role supports financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, internal controls, and operational finance while partnering with plant leadership to improve profitability and business performance.

• Perform cost accounting
  , standard costing, inventory analysis, and P&L/Balance Sheet reporting.
• Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, financial statements, and management reports.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and variance analysis.
• Maintain internal controls and ensure GAAP compliance.
• Partner with operations to analyze costs, improve processes, and support business decisions.
• Drive automation and reporting improvements using Excel (Macros) and Power BI
  .
• Participate in continuous improvement and cross-functional projects.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics
  .
• 2–5 years of general and cost accounting experience.
• Manufacturing experience required;
  aerospace preferred
  .
• Strong knowledge of GAAP
  , cost accounting, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Proficiency in Excel
  , ERP/accounting systems, and Power BI
  .
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
