Controller (Fully Onsite)

We are partnering with a well-established company in Lee, MA to identify an experienced Controller to join their team. This is a fully onsite position offering the opportunity to make an immediate impact during a key leadership transition.

• Immediate opportunity to support a business-critical function during a leadership transition
• High visibility role with direct exposure to the CFO, senior management, and operational teams
• Ownership of key month-end close activities and financial reporting processes
• Opportunity to drive process improvements and enhance accounting workflows during a period of growth and change

• Oversee the accounts payable function and provide support in a high-volume AP environment
• Manage and execute month-end close activities, including journal entries and account reconciliations
• Prepare, review, and upload financial reports and supporting schedules
• Review purchase requisition coding and assist with system tracking, analysis, and reporting
• Partner closely with the Accounting Manager and department leadership to provide financial analysis and operational support

• Minimum of 5 years of accounting experience, including high-volume accounts payable and month-end close responsibilities
• Strong hands-on experience with inventory accounting, journal entries, and account reconciliations
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Proven ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across departments
