Accountant, Accounts Receivable​/ Collections, Financial Reporting

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accountant to join a growing construction and service-based organization. This role will support day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoicing, collections, cash applications, payment processing, reconciliations, and reporting. The ideal candidate will bring a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and a willingness to take ownership of responsibilities in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

• Manage AP and AR activities
• Process invoicing, collections, and cash applications
• Assist with month-end accounting and reporting functions
• Monitor cash flow and support payment processing
• Maintain accurate financial records and reconciliations
• Partner with internal teams to improve processes and efficiency

• 3+ years of accounting experience
• Strong invoicing, collections, and general accounting knowledge
• Advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
• Construction, service industry, or project-based accounting experience is a plus
