Our client, the healthcare industry, is seeking a Medical Office Clerk to join their team. As a Medical Office Clerk, you will be part of the administrative support team supporting multiple departments. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a positive attitude which will align successfully in the organization.

** Shift:
** 8:00AM - 5:00PM, Monday through Friday

** What's the Job?*
* + Perform accurate and timely data entry for patient records, orders, and documentation

+ Provide excellent customer service to patients, healthcare providers, and referral sources via phone, email, and other communication channels

+ Assist multiple departments such as intake, billing, scheduling, and compliance as needed

+ Verify and update patient information while maintaining strict confidentiality (HIPAA compliance)

+ Maintain organized records and ensure accuracy of all documentation

* + Previous experience in healthcare, medical office, or administrative support preferred

+ Strong data entry skills with high attention to detail

+ Excellent customer service and communication skills

+ Positive attitude and professional demeanor

+ Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
