What’s a typical day as Medical Administrative Assistant? You’ll be:
- Welcoming and assisting visitors, patients, and family members with professionalism and compassion
- Answering and directing incoming phone calls
- Managing front desk operations, visitor check-ins, and general inquiries
- Coordinating mail, deliveries, and office supplies
- Assisting with scheduling, filing, data entry, and other administrative tasks
- Providing administrative support to clinical and office staff as needed
- Maintaining confidentiality and professionalism in a healthcare environment
- Have previous receptionist, front desk, or administrative experience (required)
- Possess strong customer service and communication skills
- Are proficient with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Can multitask, prioritize, and work independently
- Have experience in a healthcare, medical office, or hospice setting (preferred)
