Overview:
Seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Manager to support plant leadership and daily business operations. This position plays a critical role in managing administrative processes, financial reporting activities, invoice approvals, expense reporting, and operational coordination within a fast-paced power generation environment. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrative professional who enjoys supporting leadership teams, managing financial processes, and contributing to the success of a major energy facility.
Key Responsibilities
• Process non-PO invoices through Process Director
• Manage Maximo workflow activities, including:
Invoice approvals and reassignment, Purchase requisition entry, purchase order approvals and reassignment
• Maintain and update directory on Share Point
• Support OSS leadership meeting update
• Work with Leadership teams for review of Accruals
• Assist with variance reporting and month-end close activities
• Ensure timely completion of administrative and financial deliverables
• Prepare and submit expense reports for p-card using Concur
• Coordinate meetings, lunches, and site administrative activities as needed
