Senior Analyst Supply

Role Overview

Collaborate with the Global Supplier Operations team to harmonize data sets, tools, and processes across the supply chain. This role plays a key part in driving continuous improvement initiatives and ensuring seamless alignment with internal teams.

• Assist in onboarding and training internal staff on procurement procedures and best practices
• Ensure supplier relationships adhere to company policies and quality standards
• Work closely with production teams to align material procurement with operational needs
• Represent supplier operations within audits (customer or regulatory) globally
• Maintain detailed documentation on purchasing workflows, approvals, and compliance requirements
• Assist in streamlining ordering processes to reduce costs and prevent delays
• Support training on ERP systems or procurement tools used within the company
• Conduct process audits to ensure alignment with procurement strategies and industry regulations
• Provide feedback on purchasing procedures to enhance overall efficiency

• Minimum bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, STEM or equivalent
• APICS certification (CPIM, CFPIM, CSCP) preferred
• Developed understanding of supply chain – 3+ years experience
• Understanding of ERP/MRP (Microsoft AX2012, Infor LN) and supporting systems (Agile, DMS) for Supply Chain & Planning functions
• Essential - SQL, Tableau, Power BI understanding
• Good communication skills for supplier interactions and internal coordination
• Demonstrated analytical, verbal, and attention to detail

The annual base salary range for this position, which could be performed in the U.S., is $46,000–$128,000.

Range is dependent on job location, skills and experience.
