Job Summary

The CRM Application Analyst owns the application for the organization. This role enables revenue growth and sales effectiveness by ensuring the CRM platform delivers clear pipeline visibility, accurate customer data, and actionable insights. The role aligns CRM capabilities with strategic priorities, enables consistent selling processes, and drives adoption and data quality to help sales and customer‑facing teams execute more effectively and make better, faster decisions.

Global role to coordinate with regions.

Job Model

Hybrid (2-3 days a week on site). Hybrid positions will require employees to work both on‑site and remote each week under a schedule that has been determined and agreed upon by you and your manager.

Responsibilities
  • Consistent, regular and punctual attendance is an essential function of this job.
  • Serve as the business owner and subject matter expert for the CRM platform.
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Engineering and Customer Service leadership to ensure CRM supports revenue growth, pipeline management, and customer engagement strategies.
  • Translate commercial priorities into CRM improvements that enhance usability, consistency, insight, and decision making.
  • Oversee CRM changes and enhancements to ensure alignment with business processes, data standards, and adoption goals.
  • Champion CRM best practices, governance, and consistent usage across customer‑facing teams.
  • Evaluate new CRM capabilities from a business value perspective and recommend adoption where they support revenue and efficiency objectives.
  • Act as liaison between business stakeholders and IT for all CRM related initiatives.
  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and translate them into functional CRM solutions.
  • Document current‑state CRM processes and design future‑state workflows to support sales effectiveness and operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align CRM capabilities with evolving business needs.
  • Reporting, Data & Analytics.
  • Design and maintain CRM dashboards, reports, and views that support pipeline visibility, forecasting, and performance tracking.
  • Ensure CRM delivers accurate, timely, and actionable insights for sales leadership, marketing and customer‑facing teams.
  • Monitor usage patterns and data trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Drive high data quality through governance, stewardship, and continuous improvement.
  • Provide day‑to‑day CRM support to business users and act as a trusted advisor on best practices.
  • Develop and deliver user training and documentation focused on consistent processes and value realization.
  • Support change management efforts related to CRM enhancements and new capabilities.
  • Lead or participate in CRM user groups to gather feedback and drive continuous improvement.
  • Partner with Sales leadership, Marketing leadership, Customer Service, and IT to support strategic initiatives.
  • Ensure CRM usage aligns with company policies, data standards, and security requirements.
