Summary
The International Field Operations Coordinator is responsible for supporting and optimizing international operations across our US network. This role oversees and guides colleagues, provides training, assists with implementing new procedures and initiatives, and monitors international stations and personnel to ensure the highest level of service.
Responsibilities- Monitor daily operations across international stations to ensure consistency, compliance, and service excellence.
- Serve as a central resource for international colleagues, providing guidance, support and resolving operational issues in real time.
- Conduct regular evaluations of station performance and collaborate with leadership to implement improvements.
- Provide onboarding, recurrent training, and skill‑based coaching to international colleagues.
- Domestic travel to stations as needed (approximately 20% of time).
Monday - Friday, 9am to 6pm.
Qualifications- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 3–5 years of experience in international logistics.
- Proficiency in Microsoft programs.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Availability for domestic travel (approximately 20% of time).

$23.00 – $25.00 per hour. The above stated pay range is the anticipated starting salary range for the position. The company may adjust this range in light of prevailing market conditions and other factors such as location. The company will work directly with the selected candidate(s) on the final starting salary in accordance with all applicable laws.
