We are seeking a Shipping Lead to oversee daily workflow and lead our Warehouse team to success. This role bridges the gap between hands-on Shipping tasks and administrative oversight in a high-volume Manufacturing facility. You will troubleshoot Inventory discrepancies, manage Computer workflows for UPS and Fed Ex, and ensure the Warehouse operates at peak efficiency.

Responsibilities Include:

• Oversee daily Shipping operations and coordinate the Warehouse workflow.
• Assign tasks to clerks and ensure Manufacturing orders are processed for UPS and Fed Ex on schedule.
• Troubleshoot Inventory issues and resolve shipping discrepancies using the warehouse Computer system.
• Train new team members on Warehouse safety, Shipping protocols, and UPS/Fed Ex software.
• Communicate with the Inventory and customer service departments regarding Manufacturing delays or order status.

Skills/Qualifications

• 2+ years of Warehouse or Shipping experience; leadership experience required.
• Proficiency with Shipping software and Inventory management via Computer.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and remain active in a Manufacturing environment.
• Deep familiarity with UPS and Fed Ex shipping requirements.

Compensation & Benefits Competitive Pay:
Compensation is determined by candidate experience, education, certifications, and specific job-related skills. $24/hr+ depending on position and experience.
