Full time 37.5 hours per week – Monday to Friday Hybrid We believe that through collaboration and connection with our colleagues we can achieve great things. What you’ll doYou’ll play a key role in protecting people and enabling a critical business operation in a fast‑moving, positive, and challenging environment. This is more than a compliance role — you’ll help build a strong Health, Safety & Environment (HS&E) culture by working collaboratively with teams, partners, and suppliers to achieve the best outcomes for everyone.
Support the Property and Facilities teams to ensure HS&E is effectively managed across projects and day‑to‑day operations
Monitor HS&E performance, identify risks, and drive continuous improvement across the property portfolio
Lead and support incident investigations, ensuring learning is captured and shared
Provide assurance across subcontractor and supplier management, including reviewing and monitoring H&S policies
Act as a trusted technical advisor on specialist areas such as RF hazards, fire safety, work at height, electrical safety, hazardous substances, occupational health, and more Support the development and implementation of emergency preparedness and response plans
Partner closely with internal teams, third parties, and external auditors to maintain strong HS&E governance
Maintain compliance with ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards, supporting and preparing for audits
Coach and support members of the property team to strengthen HS&E capability and awareness
Support event risk assessments and ensure safe planning and delivery
